DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA):
Domestic orders refer to any order placed within the United States. Typically, Domestic orders take 1-3 business days to process then 3-7 business days to arrive to you. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
Basic Shipping:
Our basic shipping option typically takes about 2 business days to process, in addition to the shipping time. Processing time refers to the duration it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, including verifying the details and packaging. Once processed your order will be shipped via standard delivery, which usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States. Please note that processing times may vary depending on factors such as order volume and product availability.
Two Day Air Shipping:
Our Two Day Air shipping option typically takes 1 business day for processing, in addition to the shipping time. Once processed, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air delivery, which usually takes 2 business days for delivery within the United States.
Delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes, if any.
Next Day Air Shipping:
Our Next Day Air shipping option typically takes 1 business day for processing, in addition to the shipping time. Once processed, your order will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air delivery which usually takes 1 business day for delivery within the United States. *PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 5pm EST will be shipped out on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Out of USA):

International Orders take about 1-5 business days to process then 2-4 weeks to arrive to you! Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and custom fees to be paid upon delivery. (WE DO NOT REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL FEES)

In the rare event that a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if a package is lost, please note that this is an issue with the shipping carrier and not within our control. To resolve such issues, we recommend taking your tracking number to a local post office and explaining the situation or speak with an online representative. They will be able to assist you in resolving the matter. We Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for store credit. Currently we do not accept exchange requests or cash refunds of any kind. Keep in mind all sale gowns are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
PLEASE NOTE: If you send back a gown WITHOUT a garment bag, a deduction fee of 50% will be taken off your refunded amount. Please make sure to return your gown in ALL of the original packaging.
To Begin a Return Request:
You may initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 5 days by submitting through our return portal. It will then go into review. If accepted, you will be able to generate a shipping label to our returns department. Once accepted, please ship your gown back to us as soon as possible. Gowns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of your approval notice. We MUST receive your gown within 14 days of your approval notice. If we receive any gowns after 14 days, your return request will be DENIED and your package will be returned to sender. Please note that all return costs are the customers responsibility.
- We accept returns that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all the original tags and packaging intact. Laundered, perfumed, stains, deodorant marks, used and worn items will NOT be accepted.
- If "DO NOT REMOVE TAGS" are missing upon inspection, dress will be denied and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALE, including sample sale gowns. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or combined with any other offers for any reason.
- DISCLAIMER: Items Paid by a gift card or store credit from a previous return are FINAL SALE. Please note If your gown is returned to House Of Bia WITHOUT the protective garment bag, we will take a 50% restocking fee.
For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of an online gift card, which can be used towards future purchases with House Of Bia ONLY. Please note that cash refunds are NOT available

STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (House Of Bia gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items paid with a gift card or using store credit from a previous return are FINAL SALE and can no longer be returned for additional store credit. Sale Items are FINAL SALE, including sample sale gowns. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or offered store credit for any reason.
Store credit is issued for the refund minus the cost of shipping costs. (Ex: item cost was $50 & shipping was $5 - You would receive a store credit of $50, not $55)
PLEASE NOTE: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If we are charged extra shipping costs, we will have to deduct any charges from your store credit total. (Ex: You are waiting to receive store credit totaling $250. We are charged $25 dollars to pick up your package - you would receive store credit of $225, not $250)
